Aster™ Boredom Simulator (Ukagaka/Desktop buddy)

An ukagaka is, as the title implies, a desktop toy that gives you a character to hang out with you. More information on those here. Please read it thoroughly before installing or sending me questions about it.
Summary
It is a wonderful day outside and, and you are a very bored AI, stuck in your laptop while your user, er, friend, is at work.
After an incident involving hitching a ride on their phone without their consent, Aster and Urs Novak, the owner of their laptop, made an agreement to try using a simple online messenger to communicate whenever Urs isn't home.
The chat client wasn't touched in a little bit now, but maybe, since nothing is happening anyway, now's a good time to try it out...?
Based on the Simplicity template by Zichqec. Comes with a custom balloon. Changing the balloon is available, but not recommended. In case that's necessary for accessibility, there are accomodations for unsupported balloons.
Using SSP on Windows is recommended. The ghost wasn't tested with other operating systems or baseware, correct functionality isn't guaranteed.
